Executive Director

Executive Director position for Private School (ages 2 ½ through 1st grade) and Charter School 2nd through 8th grade. Minimum credentials are: Master’s degree in education with emphasis on curriculum and instruction, understanding of gifted and talented students, experience in special education and support of 504’s and IEP’s, extensive (5 or more) years experience in a school teaching and administrative duties that include implementation of curriculum, coaching, and problem solving. Candidates should have knowledge of Move On When Reading, PBIS, and a general understanding of the in and outs of private and charter schools. Teamwork and coaching are a critical expectation of this position. The Executive Director is expected to preserve Satori’s mission, belief, and practices within a community-based model as a leader, guide, and mentor.
